Frank is a ‘bigger-picture’ type of lawyer; he starts with the realistic goals of his clients and he works hard to achieve those goals. Frank runs a lot of high conflict parenting and property matters that require composure, strategic planning and the ability to not be reactive, but rather, proactive. He has a knack of understanding not only his clients and their needs, but what makes others tick which is important in this area of law. Frank is compassionate with clients however, he is not a pushover. Frank is not afraid to fight the fight when necessary.
In addition to the high conflict matters, Frank is also great at assisting families who are doing their best to maintain an ongoing relationship but just need some help and guidance to sort out the legal side of their separation.
After dazzling us in our city office, Frank is also on the ground in our new Albert Park premises where he is bringing our city culture, feel and standard of work to the suburbs.
