Australian Workplace Lawyers are workplace relations specialists. Our aim is to provide professional and practical legal advice to our clients in a timely way and at a reasonable price. Rob Stevenson is the principal of Australian Workplace Lawyers and he advises private individuals, commercial organisations, and not-for-profit and charitable organisations. He can assist clients in understanding obligations and entitlements under the law, preparing and/or reviewing agreements, and where appropriate in taking action to assert or defend a client’s rights. He has significant experience in the state and federal industrial commissions and federal and state courts in employment matters and is a leading practitioner in Queensland in the field of discrimination. His current practice includes:

1. Unfair and unlawful dismissal claims and common law actions representing employees and employers in State and Federal Industrial Relations Commissions and courts;
