Louise Kirychenko is a founding director of Australian elawyers Pty Ltd (trading as Australian elawyers).

Louise was admitted to legal practice in December 1998 and has gained valuable legal experience through practising in a variety of areas including the following:

• Property and Projects lawyer in a top tier law firm specialising in commercial, industrial and residential conveyancing transactions; retail, commercial and telecommunications leasing and developments. Clients included major property trusts, government departments and major telecommunication companies.



• In-house legal counsel and Senior Writer for one of Australia's largest legal publishers. During this time Louise was editor for the Australian and New Zealand Conveyancing Reports.



• In-house legal counsel for a property developer dealing with a range of property, building, commercial, employment and litigation matters.



• Lawyer in small firms dealing with a range of matters for individuals and small to medium businesses including conveyancing, leasing, commercial litigation, debt recovery, employment law, family law, wills and estates.

Louise is passionate about utilising legal technology to deliver innovative legal solutions for individuals and businesses. Louise has a particular interest in property and commercial law.
