Expertise:

• Practises principally in the areas of wills and estates and commercial law.
• Experience in many areas of commercial law including advising on, negotiating and drafting commercial leasing and licensing agreements, local and international licensing agreements, franchise agreements, asset sale and aquisition agreements, purchase and supply agreements, service agreements and various other commercial agreements on behalf of government, quasi-government and Hunter businesses.

Acts for:

• A number of Hunter local government and quasi-government bodies as well as many leading Hunter based businesses.

Qualifications:

• LLB. University of Newcastle.
• Admitted as a solicitor in 2000.
