• Experienced advocate, having conducted class 1,2,3,4 & 5 litigation in the Land and Environment Court.

• Newcastle City Council, Port Stephens Council, Dungog Shire Council and private developers.

• Committee Member of the Environment and Planning Law Association of New South Wales.
• Past member of the inaugural Law Society Environmental Law and Planning Committee.
• Member of the Newcastle Business Club.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc.LLB. Macquarie University.
• LLM. Macquarie University (studied exclusively in the areas of local government, planning, environmental and natural resources law).
• Admitted as a solicitor in 1992.
