Qantas to pay US$26.5 mln in freight case

MELBOURNE Jan 14 (Reuters) - Qantas has settled a U.S. class action lawsuit over an alleged freight cartel, agreeing to pay $US26.5 million.

Qantas is one of 18 airlines involved in a price-fixing probe into the air cargo business by global antitrust regulators, separate from the class action suit.
