Olivia has worked as a lawyer in Canberra since 1987 and is the current
Chair of the ACT Law Society's Family Law Committee, The ACT
Representative of the Law Council National Advising Committee of
Collaborative Law and represents the ACT family law profession on the
Family Court's Case Management Committee. Olivia is particularly proud of
the standard and rate of settlements she receives for her clients without
litigation. She is able to build trusting relationships with clients, while her
technical and court experience makes her a tenacious representative of
their interests. Olivia is a respected expert in complex property settlements
and difficult children's disputes. She is very committed to assisting clients to
resolve their own disputes with dignity and in a principled way using the
Collaborative Law process.
