Annette Greenhow, Director of Commercial and Property Lawyer of Michael Sing Lawyers - Legal Solutions, has extensive knowledge of property and commercial law and legal practice management. She has worked exclusively in commercial and property law both in Queensland and in the UK, building an excellent knowledge of managing transactions, complex property and infrastructure matters.
Annette has represented both local and overseas investors, major public and private companies in commercial, construction and retail transactions valued in excess of $100M, including multiple, simultaneous acquisitions. She has also represented a number of Gold Coast and Brisbane commercial developers in high-yield property developments and projects.
Having acted for the Gold Coast City Council, the second largest local authority in Australia and Bond University, Annette is well versed in guiding clients through the potentially costly and time-consuming process of securing development approvals.
Annette offers her expertise in the structuring of property acquisition and sale transactions, titling, leasing, PAMDA proficiency and commercial law.
