  • Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) - One of the largest sources of Australian legal materials on the net - includes legislation, treaties and decisions of courts and tribunals, law reform and royal commission reports, and community legal information.
  • Australia.gov.au - Australia.gov.au, the Australian Government Entry Point, offers comprehensive and integrated access to Australian Government information and services.
  • Australian Financial Review - The Australian Financial Review provides a daily analysis of the latest news from the Banking, Finance and Information Technology sector, and breaking news from the business sector and the political arena.
  • Australian Institute of Criminology (AIC) - The Australian Institute of Criminology is the national focus for the study of crime and criminal justice in Australia and for the dissemination of criminal justice information. Site includes recent research and publications.
  • Australian Institute of Family Studies (AIFS) - The Australian Institute of Family Studies conducts and disseminates research into family issues. Site includes discussion lists, research programs and publications.
  • Australian Law Online - Australian Law Online is a Commonwealth Government portal providing access to law and justice related information and services from all levels of government.

  • Australian Public Law - The Australian Public Law site offers comprehensive coverage of public law issues, especially constitutional, administrative and immigration law - aimed at law students and legal practitioners. Provided by the Northern Territory University.
  • Australian Taxation Office (ATO) Legal Database - Contains legislation, public rulings and determinations, case decision summaries, practice statements, case law and policy papers.
  • Commonwealth Government Entry Point - Offers comprehensive and integrated access to Commonwealth Government information and services. All Government sites listed alphabetically; plus general government related information on business through to transport.
  • Decisions of the Nineteenth Century Tasmanian Superior Courts - Full text of decisions of from Tasmania's superior courts, starting with the Supreme Court of Van Diemen?s Land, which first sat in 1824.
  • Decisions of the Superior Courts of NSW 1788-1899 - At present the site concentrates on the Supreme Court's decisions between 1824 and 1841, including a number of cases concerning Aborigines from later years.
