- Aboriginal Affairs Victoria - Aboriginal Affairs Victoria, part of the Department for Victorian Communities, seeks to promote the social, economic and cultural development of Victoria's Aboriginal communities.
- Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority - The Authority is a twelve member board, whose purpose is to protect sacred sites in the Northern Territory.
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC) - ATSIC, formerly the peak Indigenous agency, still consists of Indigenous elected representatives, but is facing abolition in 2005.
- Commonwealth Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs (DIMIA) - DIMIA deals with immigration, citizenship, and indigenous affairs. Site contains useful information on Australian visas and citizenship.
- Indigenous Law Centre - From the University of New South Wales. The Indigenous Law Centre was established in 1981 to develop and co-ordinate research, teaching and information services in the multi-disciplinary area of Indigenous peoples and the law.
- National Native Title Tribunal - Facilitates the making of agreements among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, governments, industry and others whose rights or interests may coexist with native title rights and interests.
- Native Title Law Resources - A comprehensive listing of Native Title Law resources. Provided by the University of Sydney Law School's Pathfinder.
- Senate Legal and Constitutional Committee - Commonwealth Senate inquires including: the stolen generation; and various bills before parliament eg Freedom of Information and Sex Discrimination.
