Accepting the Insurer's offer without the advice of a Lawyer

by Monaco Solicitors

If you are injured, the insurance company may put an offer to you for lump sum compensation. It is often the case that the insurance company’s offer is inadequate and you could be entitled to more compensation. The insurance company may also offer compensation soon after you have been injured and the full extent of your injuries may not yet be known. The offer may not even consider all the body parts that have been injured or even scarring.

If the insurance company does make an offer to you, it is important that you seek legal advice as soon as possible. At Monaco Compensation Lawyers, we have a detailed understanding of the law and the various heads of damages, which you could claim. We have the knowledge and expertise to build up your claim and this can make a significant difference.
